I'm getting into the meat of my training schedule and my middle of the week runs are getting harder. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are 6-8-6 miles respectively and when I get back to work Wednesdays are going to be tough. It's been nice being off because I've been able to devote more time to running.
This Sunday I'm tackling a distance that I've only set out to do once and only exceeded twice. I'm kind of nervous about doing 16 miles.
Last week I reworked the training schedule because the Nike+ schedule didn't have me tapering before the actual Marathon. My new schedule does but it also has me running many more miles during the middle of the week.
